BigDayPlay is a one-off £25 purchase for one wedding. It includes the current package described on our pricing page.

The host is responsible for choosing what to make available to guests, sharing the private guest link appropriately, and using activity and photo features in a way that respects their guests.

Guest participation is optional. Guests join a wedding without creating an account and choose a recognisable name or group name. If the host enables the leaderboard, that chosen name and the entry's points are visible to people using the wedding link. Guests must submit only content they are entitled to share, respect the couple's wishes and other people's privacy, and obtain a parent or guardian's agreement before uploading an identifiable child.

Submitted photos are private to the host; BigDayPlay does not provide a guest-visible gallery. Guests can contribute until the end of the seventh calendar day after the wedding. Hosts can view and download their wedding photos for one year after the wedding, and receive reminders before the private archive is permanently deleted. Activity setup is locked once a wedding is live to protect the guest experience.

To request removal of a photo or information, visit support. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and complete straightforward, verified photo removals within seven days. For Photo Bingo, removing a photo does not reverse the completed square or points already awarded.

BigDayPlay is designed for use on guests' mobile browsers. Mobile connectivity at a wedding venue can vary, so hosts should share their link before the day where possible and guests may need an internet connection to take part.
